Erika started Couture Cupcakes by Erika TraQuel in 2011, but baking has been her passion since she was 5. Assisting her mother and grandmother bake their scrumptious cakes, cookies and pies taught her the ends and outs of the kitchen. Every recipe has been passed down from a family of bakers and tweaked to perfection by Erika. No matter how many entrepreneurial businesses and projects she adds under the umbrella of her brand, baking will always be her passion.
